1. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF TICKETS
Once purchased, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
2. Force
Tickets purchased will be valid until the visit’s day and regarding the visit of the Palacios Nazaríes until the entrance time.
3. Documentation and identification
- You must keep the ticket during the whole itinerary.
- IT IS MANDATORY keep your records (ID/Passport) on the day of the visit. If the data provided do not coincide with those of the visitor, the Alhambra may prevent his access to the monument.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS
As established in Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Ordination of Retail Trade, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
The reservation made is subject to the normal availability of tickets to the monument, and the management of which is outside the company. If, exceptionally, such usual availability does not occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative date or, if applicable, at your choice, proceed to immediately refund the amount paid.
For any question derived from the interpretation or application of the conditions contained in this website and for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the acceptance thereof, both the client and the organizing company submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of the city where the service takes place, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
